Take your youth athlete to the next level. Student-athletes, ranging from ages 11 to 18, are able to participate in our youth athletic training programs that offer to build foundations for speed, strength, and athleticism. Muscle strength will give them the competitive advantage they need

As the saying goes, speed kills. Youth athletes today focus mainly on skill specific development and training. The big misconception is that this training needs to be year round in order for your youth athlete to succeed. Weight training and specific speed training are often overlooked or are promoted as part of a skill development class.

Weight training and speed training should be stand alone pillars in athlete development. Where focus and attention to proper form and development are key, without muscle development, young athletes are missing out on their true potential.

Muscle strength aids in coordination, speed and agility. Premier training offers youth specific training to improve game speed and agility. These are essentially two, 14 week classes that run back to back. So off season and in season training can be managed.

We offer 2 options for youth training; Group Training and personal 1 on 1 training.
